Window cleaning will be carried out on the due date regardless of the weather condition. This can seem pointless to many of our clients but we would kindly request you bear with this part of the contract.  If our employees could not work in the rain, they would probably only work part time (after all we all have financial commitment to provide for ourselves and our families). 

On a positive side our promise is if, you receive a service in the rain and you are not completely satisfied, please report this within 3 days and our promise is to re-clean at no extra cost to you.

We have a Customer Service number that will keep you in touch with your service provider 24 hours a day plus an after sales and complaints procedure, which is second to none. FACT! Last year we cleaned approximately 10,400,000.00 windows and received less than 200 complaints a result we are proud of and endeavour to continue!
